The brothers of Mary Queen of the Holy Rosary Council 14372 in Lexington held their annual pulled pork fundraiser. They smoked almost 1,000 lbs of pork shoulder and then pulled the pork by hand and separated it into 1 lb bags. They did pre-sales after Masses the two weeks before and delivered the pork on Super Bowl Sunday.
