Assembly 2753 in Hopkinsville conducted its annual warm clothing drive for local veterans in Christian County. We had an angel tree within St Peter & Paul Catholic Church and our parishioners donated 50 coats, 50 blankets, hats, gloves, and scarves. We also received $695 in cash for our Operation Stay Warm Program. A local bank, United Southern (USB) donated $100 and 10 jackets. The Hopkinsville Water Environment Association (HWEA) donated $250. 100% of the donations will provide assistance, food, and warm clothing to our Armed Forces Veterans.
Assembly 2753 is extremely proud of our Operation Stay Warm Program and will continue to give to our Veterans as needed.
