Wives of Council 1483 pack up Friday fish fry meals and bring them to homebound local residents.
2016 StMM Council RSVP Seminarian Awards
Saint Margaret Mary Knights of Columbus (KofC) Brothers offered “Keep Christ in Christmas” cards, ornaments, and puzzles at the 2015 Parish Holiday Boutique and after Masses during Advent. The Archdiocese Vocations Office ultimately asked our StMM KofC Council to support four (4) Seminarians; StMM Parishioner Robert Barnell at Mount Saint Mary’s of the West in Cincinnati OH, David Farrell at Saint Meinrad School of Theology in Saint Meinrad IN, Robert Hale at Mount St. Mary’s of the West in Cincinnati OH, and Fermin Luna at Bishop Simon Bruté College Seminary in Indianapolis IN.
Thanks to the amazing outpouring of support from our Parish we delivered a $500.00 Stipend Check to each Seminarian.

Council 16125 pancake breakfast
Council 16125 in Knotsville held a pancake breakfast and brought in $450 in donations. Lots of nice comments about the event and they served over 100 people.
Tootsie Roll Check Presentation
Council #1367 in Uniontown presented a check to Mary Jo Adams, Administrator of Ben’s Place, an adult day care facility. The check was the funds raised through their Tootsie Roll drive.
CTK Free Throw Contest
Christ the King Council #14130 in Lexington recently held their council’s free throw contest. Good luck to the winners as they continue on to the district contest.
Seeing is Believing
Saint Peters Church was blessed with a wonderful event that was titled “Seeing is Believing “. Parishioner Dr. Karen Santos, Knights Of Columbus Council #762 and St Peters Ladies auxiliary had a wonderful day at Dr. Santos’s office. Dr. Santos and her staff volunteered to do a complete eye exam on 14 people that the Catholic Center identified as being in need of immediate eye care. 13 of the 14 people examined needed prescription eyeglasses, Dr. Santos’ office provided the frames, Knights Of Columbus Council #762, along with help from other Lexington area councils, provided the funds for the prescription lenses. St Peters ladies auxiliary provided all the planning and transportation for the very happy participants in this program that is been titled “Seeing is Believing”.
